Job Title: Executive Employee- Kerman
Brief Job Description:
· Writing an English resume and modifying it if necessary
· Writing Cover letters
· Research and Development on the given subject and providing doc.
· Checking the data and information accuracy and providing feedback to the supervisor.
· Answering applicants' questions (tickets and phone calls) and providing accurate and sufficient information.
· Checking applicants' forms regarding payment and accuracy and categorizing them according to the given information
· Complete coordination with supervisor
· In case of any new problems or complaint, the executive should report it to the supervisor and solve accordingly.
· Complete study of the product and mastering it to guide the applicant
· Using Task manager software such as Trello and notion after receiving training from the supervisor. Accurate recording of the desired data in these softwares.
· Reach the target set by the upperhand.
· Continuous effort to maintain a healthy and productive work environment
· Perform the necessary follow-ups during the executive process to achieve the result
Requirements
· Good command of English language (B2)
· Computer literacy, including familiarity with common Microsoft office apps.
· Familiar with phone skills
