Skills:

Speaking English is a must. You have to work with other English-speaking team members, should be able to convey your ideas fluently
Analysis, Design and Development;
Responsible for software development solutions;
Build business solutions blueprint based on core capabilities of Platform;
Coordination of software development team;
Coordination and development of source code software solutions using FintechOS Studio;
Software Architect and database specialist (design, administration, tuning), responsible for development solutions using jQuery, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, Node.js, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Apache Camel.
Coordination of the teams designated on projects using the Agile / SCRUM methodologies;
Re-designing and optimizing existing solutions;
Trainer - holding specialized courses for his team or outer internal teams;
Understanding and design ETL processes;
Good understanding of enterprise integration patterns;
Good understanding of business workflows and data driven flows;
Banking/insurance/ERP experience.
