Role Overview:
We’re building a modern digital product and looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong visual design skills and experience using modern AI tools for content creation, design, and video production.
This is not a typical UI Designer role. We’re looking for someone who understands creative direction, social media content, and modern digital design across web, mobile, and platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create modern, high-quality visual experiences and engaging digital content.
What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality visuals and creative assets for social media and marketing campaigns
- Create modern image and video content using AI-powered creative tools
- Produce banners, motion content, short videos, and promotional creatives
- Build and maintain scalable visual systems and component libraries
- Use modern AI tools to improve creative workflows, ideation, motion, and content production
- Contribute to visual direction and overall product aesthetics
- Create, publish, and maintain content for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and related channels
- Design visual and video content aligned with branding, marketing, and product communication goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Product Design, Visual Design, or Creative Design (+4Year)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong visual design skills (Typography, Color Systems, Layout, Visual Hierarchy)
- Strong understanding of responsive and modern web/mobile design patterns
- Understanding of component-based frontend architecture
- Ability to collaborate effectively with React / Next.js frontend teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Good English communication skills
- Experience creating social media creatives, marketing assets, and visual campaigns
- Ability to create engaging visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and digital marketing channels
- Experience managing visual consistency and content quality across social platforms
Bonus Points
- Experience with AI-powered design and creative tools
- Experience creating motion, animation, short-form videos, or AI-generated video content
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- Figma AI
- Canva
- Midjourney | Runway | Framer | Adobe Firefly
- Experience designing for AI-first products
- Experience working on SaaS or product-led startups
- Experience growing or managing branded social media accounts
