استخدام Product Support Specialist

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Netbina Monitoring, a product from Netbina, is looking for a product support specialist to help the product team with the product and user support tasks. The ideal candidate is a self starter who has passion for technology, products, and client support. Prior experience in SaaS startups or digital marketing  is a plus.


What you will do:

  • Manage admin panel, including adding sources, keeping source up-to-date, monitor sources activities
  • Create and maintain Monitoring user accounts as required
  • Create and maintain Instagram accounts used in product
  • Route client issues to the appropriate expert within the team
  • Collaborate with content specialists to maintain a steady flow of content to the product blog

What you have:

  • Good understanding of web technologies and applications
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • At least one year of experience in customer support, preferably in tech
  • Fluent in written English
  • Familiarity with digital marketing is a plus
