Job Description

-System design and analysis, including: assessing, evaluating, and upgrading instructions, procedures, methods, workflow and related forms. 
- Collaborating on the diagnose and improvement of existing organization processes. 
- Defining KPIs and measures for processes and managing their measurement and reporting.
- Documenting internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
-Developing, recommending and monitoring corrective and preventive actions. 
 -Implementing IT solution for improving and facilitating procedures.
-Preparing business analysis and managerial reports. 

Requirements

-Bachelor or master's degree in Industrial engineering, Industrial management or MBA and related area.
- Familiar with modern quality management system.
- Strong documentation skills.
-System thinking.
-Strong communication and negotiations skill.
-Flexibility.
-Resilience.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and workflow diagram softwares.
-Fluency in written English.
-atleast 3 years of related experience.
