Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily administrative operations and ensure coordination across the organization. This role plays a key part in maintaining internal organization, documentation, and administrative support for management and teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative and office operations
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and internal follow-ups
Manage administrative correspondence, including emails, letters, and official documents
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
Provide administrative support to management and different departments
Track and follow up on assigned administrative tasks and action items
Support procurement of office supplies and administrative purchases
Coordinate with external parties, vendors, and organizations for administrative matters
Assist with basic HR-related administrative tasks (documentation, records, follow-ups)
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of administrative records
Qualifications & Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good understanding of administrative procedures and documentation
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and sense of responsibility
