Role Overview
We’re seeking an energetic Sales Specialist to sell academic programs — including after-school courses, programming, and game development bootcamps. The role focuses on both digital sales and on-field partnerships with schools and learning centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets through digital and on-field channels
- Identify and convert leads via social media, messaging apps, and email
- Conduct presentations for students, parents, and institutions
- Collaborate with marketing for campaign performance
- Maintain sales reports and client records
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in education or creative fields
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English (speaking & writing)
- Familiar with digital sales tools, CRM, and social media marketing
