Responsibilities:
● Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders, providing meaningful insights and recommendations for performance improvement.
● Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
● Conduct financial analysis and performance metrics tracking to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
● Implement and maintain effective financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets, ensure data accuracy, and maintain the integrity of financial records.
● Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and standards, and provide recommendations for process improvements to ensure compliance.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and external auditors, to support financial initiatives and provide accurate and timely financial information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or Master degree in Accounting or Finance
● Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
● Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
● High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
