Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on the results
- Engage in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Supporting team leaders to develop employees, provide feedback, and manage performance effectively
- Gather and analyze data for key HR metrics and KPIs
- Organize employee performance management and appraisal
- Suggest new procedures and policies to improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole
- Initiate and organize training & development initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience
- Experience in OKR implementation, Performance, and Talent management
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Proactive, able to operate autonomously, and thrives in ambiguity
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration/ Human Resource or relevant field
