شرح موقعیت شغلی
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy-just implementing of HR strategies are with
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process- general interview with selected candidates and coordinating for next interview if the candidate clears the HR interview
- Maintain attendance reports and leave balance – field and office
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs in coordinating with medico marketing managers and NSM and evaluation of its result.
- Socialization (introduction company, policy R/R) meeting with new joiners.
- Quarterly performance assessment and evaluation of all employee, documenting results and planning for performance development strategies with help of managers and senior managers.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance, ensure the enforcement of internal lanes in both of organization field and office staff.
- Responsible for wright agreement with all employees on a quarterly basis.
- HR documentation regarding joining, resignation, leave records of employees maintain exit interview records
- Develop job requisition for new joiners.
- Maintain employee profiles of the current, EX employee and new joiners, such as ID No, contact No ,…..
- Responsible for NO DUE records of Ex-employees.
- Controlling cost of office and ADT apartments expenses, postal services, etc.
- Nurture a positive working environment, planning/arranging motivational programs.
- updating finance department for daily taxi allowance, LOP's and cash penalty if any.
- Supporting sales team, helping for monthly plans, tracking implementing of plans and missions.
- Help finance manager with the STP tracking and utilizing budgets (field staff missions and daily taxi allowance)
- Managing all official events.
- Keeping record of Country assets, listing, controlling and physical validation, requesting new asset and providing required quotations and following to get approvals from HO as and when.

Qualifications:
- Education: At least Bachelor degree ( HR MBA preferable)
- Preferably 7 years or more experience in relevant field
-Advance Knowledge of HR policies and process
-Knowledge of Labor and Social Laws
-Knowledge of payroll calculation benefits and conflict resolution
-Training planning events
-Excellent communication skills
-Hard worker
