استخدام مدیر فروش ناحیه ای (DSM-خانم-مشهد)

شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

  • Assist in the identification, recruitment, evaluation and on-boarding of medical representatives.
  •  Ensures new medical representatives are set up with appropriate software, systems, policies and rules.
  • Training, coaching, monitoring and routine double call with medical representative both in Tehran and provinces.
  • Precise monitoring on medical representatives performance and creation action plan for employees needing to improve their performance.
  • Defines and manages achievement of client performance objectives, writes and presents performance appraisals to staff.
  • Collects and maintains timesheets from medical representatives to ensure accuracy.
  • Oversees creation and maintenance of representative level schedules and attendance reporting.
  • Provides on-going training, coaching and mentoring.
  • Leading weekly focus sessions.
  • Close cooperation with related brand manager to set up sales targets and do planning to achieve them.
  • Training timeline and schedule to medical representatives.
  • Communicates with related brand manager to ensure quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Works closely with management to ensure their reporting needs are satisfied.
  • Collects, reads, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation and generation of reports.
  • Gathering representative data and analyzes past and current trends.
  • Provides a variety of reports to management.
  • Working on field at least 3 days a week for double visit with down line medical representatives

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in medical related field.
  • At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical Sales Management.
  • Experience managing Inside Sales team strongly preferred.
  • Experience training and coaching pharmaceutical sales representatives.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to effectively lead, motivate, and train others; adept at coaching, motivating and retaining staff.
  • Strong oral and written language skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures; ability to gather data and generate sales reports.
  •  Ability to demonstrate and articulate creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches.
