شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

• Hardware maintenance

• Upgrading (hardware, firmware, …)

• Trouble Shooting problems

• Monitoring

• Documenting any changes occurs in the network

• Classifying the documents

• Reporting to Maintenance Manager

• Network Auditing (Routers, switches, server, …)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in this field

Technical Skills:

• Servers, Storage (especially HP, Supermicro & EMC)

• CCNA R&S

• Mikrotik (MTCNA,MTCRE,MTCWE)

• Microsoft Servers (Exchange, Sharepoint , ...)

• Microsoft Services (Active directory,DNS)

• Enough experience with monitoring software especially Manage Engine, Solarwinds and PRTG

• Voip (Grandstream PBX, Issabel)

• Familiarity with Agile and scrum
