Responsibilities:
- Defining assortment priorities for your category and overseeing the acquisition of new vendors
- Plan, lead and control all sales activities to develop business profitability and growth objectives.
- Monitor operations, financial performance, marketing, and product enhancement to develop the market size.
- Oversee the growth of new vendors with defined metrics.
- Lead vendor’s incubation and training team.
- Design and implement vendor training and incubation processes.
- Arrange training sessions for a hassle-free onboarding experience for sellers.
- Monitor and Analyze vendor performance data and develop solutions to boost vendor's performance and implement the solutions.
- Gather insights and understand pain points from new vendors and develop solutions to solve them.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries, needs, and requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales manager.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Motivated, Data-driven, and thrive on sales targets.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Having good knowledge in data analysis, excel, and computer panels
- Innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting root causes of problems and implementing solutions
