We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through testing and analysis. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, document, and execute test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
- Use testing tools to create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Identify opportunities for improving QA processes.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
- Proficiency with manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with testing RESTful APIs and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker).
