As a senior software test engineer, you’re struggling daily with testing newly developed and fixed bugs of previous features. This includes performing acceptance tests, writing new testcases, and all other options which makes you almost 100% sure that the feature would not make an issue on the end-user’s side.
Responsibilities

- Acceptance/Manual API testing of mobile and web products, find their potential bugs and
- properly report them
- Using related tools to prepare detailed bug reports
- Designing, writing, and executing test cases for new/current features
- Prioritization of test cases and defining bug severity
- Being advance in root causes analysis is essential
Competencies
- Strong analytical view with a problem-solving attitude
- Teamwork skills including communication skills
- Quick learner, with a willingness to dive in and learn everything required
- Experience in defining test cases and working with test management tools like TestRail
- Experience in SQL and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of concepts of web-based applications and APIs
- Experience in API testing
- Experience in mobile testing
- Written communicator, able to document software behavior and submit bug reports
- Strong software debugging skills
- Good English language skills
