Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Specialist
If you are a passionate financial analyst who embraces the challenge of working with diverse subsidiary companies, including dynamic startups, this role is for you. We are looking for a passionate FP&A Specialist to contribute to make our investment decisions profitable within a multinational corporation.
Responsibilities:
· Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives for subsidiary companies
· Contribute to strategy making and valuation for our Startup-Studio businesses
· Analyze the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin.
· Present the monthly and quarterly reports of various units
· Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the potential of new investments, providing data-driven insights.
· Defining problems and strategic solutions - scoping, analyzing, preparing and presenting strategy checks
· Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
· Monitor and manage annual budgets and forecasts for subsidiaries
· Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis
· Analyze market trends and internal data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments
Qualifications:
· Financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills
· Bachelor's or Graduate's Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree in Business or Management is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with subsidiary and corporate teams
