Job description

Optimization Engineer is responsible for 2G, 3G and LTE Network, Keep in Touch Integration and DT\post processing team to resolve 2G, 3G, and LTE (FDD) issue and urgent case, Monitoring KPIs of all cells, parameter tuning to find the issues which are affecting KPIs and resolve them and analyzing and SSV report
KPI0 pass: usually, configuration or transmission issue affected KPIs which should be reported to BSS team to resolve them
for other sites analyzing, find issue, set RET value and change optimization parameters to improve KPIs
KPI for SSV: analyzing, find issue, balance traffic and change optimization parameters to improve KPIs

Qualification

At least 3 years optimization experience and familiar with HUAWEI vendor equipment to be dominant on different kind of carrier configuration GUL
To be able to run scripts
Focus on and fix the most urgent issues such as quality of service problems GUL radio Network Optimization
Excellent technical communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with customers
Excellent computer proficiency (TEMS- ACTIX – MAPINFO – U2000- MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

BSc\MSc in electrical engineering
