Job Description
• Follow operational end to end action to erase the network Problem.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdown or failure.
• Fix the problem in case of outage, and define action plan to avoid the same problem in the future.
• Detect all elements related issues regarding all CM and PM needs to be performed.
• Provide the preventive maintenance report and highlight in case of deviations.
• Receive Work Order/CR, check and confirm if any problem can be issued during the execution, inform the management in case of issues.
• Respect the agreed SLA for WO/CR execution, and inform Front office shift for any delay regarding previously agreed timeline execution.
• Report and address immediately any deviations and anomalies, and ensure to send maintenance intervention report after each intervention.
• Ensure all the information regarding the trouble (Alarms, Customer complaints) is completed in the system (Trouble Ticket /Network Database).
• Ensure stock database is always updated.
• Update the network database for each action done in the network.
• Produce monthly report on all HW outages and provide root cause analysis.

Requirements
• Complete understanding and hand on experience on the Server & Storage Systems in Data Center & related Tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Field maintenance activity management.

• Working under Pressure
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in relevant technical fields.
• At least BS degree in related majors such as Computer, IT & Electrical Engineering, etc.
• Pre-Intermediate English.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
• Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and the Customer requests.
• Full time availability (24 x7) to support after office hours and be able to relocate with in the country.
• Full mastery of the ilo console and configuration of HP servers.
• Full control over irmc console and Fujitsu server configuration.
• Familiarity with HMM and IBMC consoles and configuration of Huawei servers.
• Familiarity with XSCF console and SC oracle servers.
• Familiarity with LAN and SAN and the basic concepts of storage systems.
• Familiarity with the concepts of Power, Cooling and Cabling in data centers.
• Familiarity with the concepts of storage systems and replacement of defective disks.
• Familiarity with the basic concepts of the Linux operating system.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
