The key Responsibilities:
- Create or review technical design documentation to ensure the accurate development of reporting solutions.
- Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs.
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Monitor timely flow of business intelligence information to users.
- Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools
- Cascade the budget process: ensure project reviews and assist the operational managers in consolidating the different forecasts and coordinate budget controls
- Prepare and cascade 3-month budget forecasts
- Monitor Business Unit/project revenue and cost plan on periodic level for the entire duration of project in the systems in line with project management guidelines
- Consult with managers to ensure that budget adjustments are made in accordance with project and program changes
- Perform cost-benefit analyses to compare operating programs
- Monitor the execution of Budget to assure that budget is properly allocated, obligated, and expended in a timely and effective manner to achieve project and program goals and objectives, and comply with statute
- Set up cost and budget monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
- Verify the actual Cost of business units/projects and analyze and report the gap between budgeted and actual cost.
- Verify the actual revenue of business units/projects and analyze and report the gap between budgeted and actual revenue.
- Issue alert in case of significant gaps, and analyze and recommend corrective action plans.
- Reviews cost impact of project schedule, risks, and issues.
- Perform deviation analysis vs. actual revenue and cost of company and identify the reasons for deviations.
- Monitor cost related aspects for project cost reduction/transformation programs.

Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 years of related experience and BS degree in technical fields.
- Proficient English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
