Responsibilities:
- Follow up and get project Acceptance from PMs.
- Create sales order based on received acceptance in SAP.
- Prepare required revenue report.
- Prepare weekly Acceptance report.
- Define quarterly project targets and prepare revenue plan based on approved targets.
- Collaborate to estimate cost and revenue.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop influence and lobby customers’ organizations, visiting corporate clients and distributors regularly.
- Understand and analyze the customer environment: strategy, stakes, ecosystem, strategic interlocutors, and key businesses.
- Identify clients’ needs and define key questions.
- Analyze and choose the most suitable offers.
- Present and promote new offers with the support of Marketing.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
- Prospect and identify new business, run sales bids (sales bid conception, presentation, negotiation and closing).
- Welcome potential new clients as defined by the Company.
- Provide potential new clients with information about the Company offers.
- Promote (new) solutions and products to the present and potential new clients.
- Investigate solutions expected by the client and prepare appropriate offers.
- Demonstrate the relevance and suitability of the advised solutions.
- Inform and explain the Company contract conditions to the clients.
- Calculate the total price for the proposed offer.
- Support to commercial negotiations.
- Set objectives for the services and conditions of the offer in the contract or SLA.
- Gather all necessary documents and information for the contract set up.
- Support to close the deals.
- Submit offer confirmations and ensure client subscription to Sales Support or Service Delivery.
- Monitor and measure the level of performance of Service Delivery in close co-operation with Accounting & Control and Sales Support.
- Define and propose specific commercial actions to meet the performance criteria (KPI’s).

- Proficient English.
- Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) , Power BI and SAP and familiar SharePoint skills.
