• Participate in market analysis and study to draw implementation scenarios, determine plans and strategies to enter the market in the field of digital/intelligence mega-projects.
• Participate in the preparation and design of project strategies and plans in digital/intelligence mega-projects.
• Participate in determining the scope of work, technical specifications and service description of digital/intelligence mega-projects.
• Participate in the development of business models and business plans, determine the deliverables.
• Participate in identifying business partners and define agreements and contract.
• Participate in determining the feasible steps of the project, categorization, selection and prioritization of activities/sub-projects based on the proposed strategy, available resources and process principles.
• Document the events during the implementation of the project in order to be included in the management of change, claim and implement the principles of re-planning.
• Prepare and compile the project schedule and match the goods and services with the work phases according to the work breakdown provided by the project manager.
• Allocate resources to work steps and determine the workload assigned to each resource and its efficiency
• Participate in risk analysis and response.
• Hold regular project control of the meetings to monitor and update the actual program.
