Key Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers to define, initiate, execute, control and close projects.
- Support day-to-day follow up projects activities.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on the project’s progress.
- Prepare and maintain project’s schedule plan.
- Collaborate with directors and project managers to meet the project goals.
Key Professional Competencies:
- Good at communication with others especially Directors, Project Managers, Stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Familiar with project management standards and methodologies especially PMBOK and PRINCE2.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Good understanding of EPM is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management.
- At least 2 years of related experience in project management.
