شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Activities:

·         Keeping the warehouse part of ERP updated by transferring delivery and return SMRs.

·         Updating inventory back-up system (Related Excel files,).

·         Preparing inventory, stock moves, and other warehouse related reports.

·         Review and manage timeliness of scheduled deliveries and returns.

·         Schedules periodical cycle count.

·         Plan returning the Faulty materials to customers’ warehouse.

·         Communicating with the project team, purchase team, and....

·         Documentation and organizing the POD of deliveries and returns.

·         Inbound and outbound the materials based on related SMRs from the warehousing system correctly and precisely.

·        Arranging the internal transfers of material between different WBSs.

·         Supporting warehouse workers for needed reports.

·         Implement warehouse and logistics processes and procedures.

·         Complete documentation concerning the flow of goods.

·         Following HSE rules and instructions.

Qualifications & Experience:

·         At least 3 years of related experience and a BS degree in technical or Managerial fields.
