شرح موقعیت شغلی
Key Activities :
- Ensure the IT systems maintenance with monitoring of incident and problems for quick resolution.
- Ensure the Office Automation and Applications deployment for equipment and software.
- Ensure upgrades or deployments of application software packages and remote distribution to workstations and users
- Provide answers to users for all specific issues and resolve them within the defined SLA.
- Report, unresolved problems to Layer 2 support
- Report on equipment and service problems (internal & external) and supervision of supplier resolution to completion.
- Distribute the application support documentations
- Execute or follow the installation and maintenance of Office automation equipment, LAN equipment and software to end users.
- Follow and document the equipment movement for inventory purposes.
- Ensure the security, cleanliness and physical installation of IT equipment (Network and Servers) in the technical rooms of the relevant area.
- Manage the user domain access and file service management.
Requirements:
- IT Land Network knowledge.
- Office environment.
- Telecom industry understanding.
- Listening & Empathy Skills.
- Rigor & Organization.
- Team Work.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant position.
- At least BS degree in the related majors
- Familiarity with MS Office & updated OS environment is a must.
- Intermediate English.
- Work in Shift
