The key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Prepare research reports.
- Analyze consumer trends.
- Conduct surveys in organizations.
- Establish business management methods.
- Measure effectiveness of business strategies or practices.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing team and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV etc.).
- Identify the underly principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrate data graphically and translate complex findings into written text.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buy habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborate with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals.
- Sell products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Responsible for communicating the benefits of a company's products in order to drive sales.
- Serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospects or clients and have a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to products and services.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as marketing specialist or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- At least BS degree in related fields.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.) skills.
- Ability to Travel.
