The key Professional Competencies & Responsibilities :
- Development, Change & Maintenance Software Monitoring Tools
- Perform Software development and application support for the related OSS, NMS, monitoring and applications.
- Detect applications and monitoring problems, define action plan to solve them.
- Prepare weekly meetings for the application support or development to define action plan regarding the on-going trouble tickets, prepare CR/Work order with network performance and optimization department taking.
- Mastery of Machine Learning and Advance Python language .
- Requires comprehensive but not in-depth knowledge of OSS , Monitoring and DevOps for the purposes of fault diagnosis and remedial action.
- Understanding and analyses the Application/DB Traces/logs.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication Skills.

- Working under Pressure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science or Information Technology .
- 3 years in operating in related nodes (TCP/IP Network and Data Center, preferably IP Solutions)
- Proficient English.
