شرح موقعیت شغلی

Implementation of staffing operational actions and HR PPPs aligned to the MTN Irancell Strateg

Role Complexity
Conducting salary offer announce & holding job offer session with participation of Remuneration Team

Task Complexity
Conducting of HR Staffing needs analysis (Loan, Rotation, Transfer, Promotion and Relationship Conflict) and implementing appropriate solutions and interventions
Input & Collect valid evidence & data for salary determination
Providing staffing services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
Ensure each individual has the correct competencies and job requirements in order to meet Business requirements
Liaise with managers to resolve staff issues in order to enhance quality of work life based on MTNIrancell Policies
Implementation of Retention loan allocation process
Launching & Implementation of induction & onboarding program for new employees
(Execute promotion process & the necessary steps (Interview ,Behavioral Tests, Assessment center
To Provide and Execute in all of Employer Brand Projects including External and Internal Job Fairs / Social Media Activities for enhancing Brand Image
Assess candidates for recruitment/ transfer/promotion using different HR selection tools e.g. Belbin, MBTI, Competency based Interview Model
To implement and follow career planning program when relevant positions are advertised in internal channel
To inform Human Capital team about exit of employee for controlling staff retention
Participate in salary determination through scoring based on candidates submitted Docs/qualifications
To provide staffing report including Monthly reports, Job offer rejected, Interview history … for Staffing Manager
To implement annual Strategic Workforce planning in participation with OD Department
To provide feedback to the candidates who have been rejected in interview process
To use different social and nonsocial resources to gather & collect appropriate CVs and submit them to relevant managers
To participate on PIP sessions for provider Staffing tools for enhancing of employee’s performance
To hold disciplinary meeting for resolving employees issues
To update Staffing DBs including Disciplinary, Interview, Employee Family relation, Job Requisitions
