شرح موقعیت شغلی

Monta is seeking a passionate and experienced UX Researcher to join our team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in understanding our users' needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform the development of our digital product. You will work closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and Product lead to gather and analyze user data, identify usability issues, and recommend solutions to enhance the user experience.


About the role:

We are looking for an experienced UX researcher to join our team 

Revealing what our users need from our products by conducting research

Working with cross-functional teams and performing usability studies 

Inspiring change, presenting your findings and recommendations, analyzing data, and helping the Product  team to create better experiences for our users

Helping define and drive the future of our products by applying user research to inform design decisions


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research studies to gather insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
  • Ability to validate and verify data
  • Ability to gather market information and competitor analysis
  • Ability to record results and prepare reports
  • Proficient in search methods and data analysis
  • Conduct and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Develop and implement user research methodologies, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and ethnographic research.
  • Conduct usability evaluations.
  • Analyze user research data to identify pain points, usability issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations that will improve the user experience.
  • Present research findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and concise presentations.
  • Use a diverse set of UX research tools.

Requirements:

  • between 2-4 years of UX research experience
  • Ability to quickly and effectively share research results
  • Ability to formulate specific, answerable, and practical questions
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product lead and act as a strategic partner in product decisions
  • Self-motivated and autonomous
  • Experience with remote testing tools
  • A strong desire for creative problem-solving with a positive attitude
  • Excellent time-management skills
