●Responsible for the coordination and communication with our server hosting provider for the Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk and Confluence)
● Develop and improve our internal IT Infrastructure
● Create, control and configure new projects and schemes
● Embed add-ons based on requirements received from end users and Project Level Administrators
● Train our key users at company with specific user settings
● Complete approved customization requests for projects and develop and maintain documentation and end user training materials
● Provide good practices to end-users
● Monitor and maintain overall health of the applications
● Oversee the structure of our Confluence site based on requirements
