We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of our game projects in the Fintech industry. You are responsible for the product vision and roadmap. You will work with the Tech Lead to define requirements and with the marketing team to develop the product's go-to-market strategy. You will also be responsible for communicating the product vision to the team and to stakeholders.
As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, driving its development, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality games with integrated Blockchain and NFT functionalities. Your role will be crucial in shaping the strategic direction of our products and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and roadmap.
- Work with the Tech Lead to define requirements.
- Develop the product's go-to-market strategy.
- Communicate the product vision to the team and to stakeholders.
- Shaping the project’s community and gathering and prioritizing user feedback.
- Track the product's performance.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market research, and stakeholder input.
- Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment with the development team.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and artists to ensure the timely and successful delivery of features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, user engagement, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product iterations.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on the product's progress and effectively managing expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
· 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner in the gaming industry, preferably with exposure to Blockchain-based projects.
- Strong knowledge of the Fintech industry and gaming market trends, with a passion for innovative technologies and user-centered design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is preferred.
