شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a  HR Admin Specialist at Zeema, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the administrative aspects of the human resources function.



  Responsibilities


  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Implement HR administrative processes and procedures.
  • Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leaves.
  • Preparing necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.
  • Handle payroll administration and benefits coordination.
  • Collaborate with external partners and other HR team members to support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover.
  • Stay updated with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR management.
  Requirements


  • Experience as a HR administrator or HR administrator’s assistant.
  • Computer literate with softwares such as word, excel, etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws.
  • Organizational skills and ability to priorities.
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills.
  • BSc in HR or a relevant field.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
