We are looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help elevate our brand's visual identity. Responsibilities:


  • Design visually stunning graphics for the website, social media, and marketing campaigns
  • Create compelling visuals for product packaging, banners, newsletters, and advertisements
  • Lead and oversee the creative design process from concept to final execution
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative designs that align with brand guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and the beauty industry
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
  • Ensure all visuals are optimized for web and mobile platforms

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple mediums (print, digital, etc.)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining visual identity and branding
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading design projects and managing design teams is a plus
