Key Responsibilities:

Design System Development: Build, maintain, and evolve a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
Dashboard Design: Create engaging and highly functional dashboard interfaces that empower users to interact with data and insights effectively.
SaaS Product Design: Design intuitive user experiences tailored to SaaS products, focusing on user workflows, complex interactions, and data-heavy interfaces.
Problem Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user pain points and develop design solutions that address business and user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent to stakeholders and developers.
User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with accuracy and adherence to the design system.
Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS, dashboard design, and building design systems.
Design Systems Expertise: Proven experience in creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex design challenges with user-focused solutions.
Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in tools like Figma
Understanding of User Experience (UX): A deep understanding of UX principles, especially as it relates to SaaS platforms and data-driven dashboards.
Collaboration: Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with product teams and developers.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your work on design systems, SaaS products, and dashboards.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly present design concepts to stakeholders.
