استخدام UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders including project managers, IT engineers, and business analysts to obtain and gather user interface requirements, user behavior /journey for better performing experiences
- Create design specification and representation in storyboards, wire flows, and sitemaps with attention to best practices, design standards, and client research
- Create website layout mockups, web graphics, content images and logotypes with various prototypes
- Actively attend review meeting to trace the project progress and deliverables
- Render graphic elements using traditional tools, multimedia, image processing and design software
- Image retouching and image manipulation, logo conception and basic icon illustration
- Develop user experiences for cross-platform applications covering mobile phones, tablets and computers ·         Conceptualize marketing banners for sites, mobile applications and social media pages
- Champion usability and perform quality control on designs
- Ensure consistency with branding and marketing teams for the establishment of design guidelines for future product/service developments
- Facilitate discussions and follow-ups with business teams on a day-to-day basis
- Prepare and maintain UX guidelines for IT-enabled products and services

Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s Degree (required) with concentration/major in Computer Science, Graphics, Digital Design, Information Science and other relevant
- 4-5 years of work experience as UX designer in a software/application development team 
- Training certificates in UX design courses
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure, Adobe XD, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience applying a web design standard Knowledge of web client technologies (browsers, HTML, CSS). AngularJS is a plus. 
- Proficient in responsive web design
- Capable and smart in generating of multiple visual concepts in a short span of time in an Agile environment ·         Having experience in telecommunication industry is an impacting preference
- Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
- Good communication skills & highly proactive in approach
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
