Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Setup, Management, Configuration and Customization
- Front-end and Back-end development on CRM
- Responsible for high-level and-low level design of business/technical requirements and documentation
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems operations
- Doing maintenance and support services outside of normal working hours in case of emergency issues
- Discovery, Analysis and Documentation of organization processes and workflows
- Planning for new features, changes, testing and CR process
- Actively support of business users for the issue resolution and training once needed

Requirements:
- University degree: BSc or higher degree in IT, Software Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience on MS CRM Dynamics
- Strong level of listening, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge and experience of ASP.Net development for backend.
- Good knowledge of MS CRM Dynamics related Plugins, Workflow and Webservice development
- Familiar with Security, Role definition and Permission management in CRM
- Practical knowledge of the Telecom CRM concepts and architecture is a key value
- Past experience working with any CRM or Customer Care products in IT Telecommunication like Huawei, ZSmart, etc is a plus.
