• Install, maintenance AD, Exchange, Skype.
• Support for user requests and system maintenance.
• Launching new services and completing equipment information in CMDB.
• Monitor the Services alarms and KPIs to ensure its secure and health with the latest security patches.
• Record system configurations, technical diagrams and plans, and standard operating procedures for maintenance 
• Doing maintenance and support services outside of normal working hours in case of emergency issues  

• Microsft Certified Professional. (MCSE Productivity- preferred)
• Experience in Microsoft exchange. (MCSE Messaging)
• Experience with Microsoft security patching, hotfix deployments, and driver updates.
• Experience in LMS Solution and web conferencing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server security principles and Anti-Virus implementations.
• Familiarity with basic concepts of Routing & Switching. (CCNA)
• Troubleshooting experience including root cause analysis, debugging utilities, etc.
• Strong level of communication skills.
• Ability to work well collaboratively with other team members, exercising good communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management methodologies.
• Having experience in the realm of Web Design is considered as an advantage.
