استخدام Charging System Engineer

Responsibilities:

- To be directly in charge of the KPI and SLA of OCS system in MobinNet charging team
- Responsible for the end-to-end troubleshooting and follow-up network and service-related alarms and incidents
- To act as the second line support with necessary expertise to resolve issues escalated from the front office
- To provide guidance and implementation for software upgrades and delivery
- To configure the needed resources for Service Provisioning and implemented APIs for enhancement.
- Do periodical health checks and precautions then update related documents.
- Responsible for the correct configuration and testing of rating, billing and price plan based on marketing requirements
- Work closely with marketing department for the required analysis on the possibility of new charging and rating scenarios prior to implementation
- Design and develop test cases and scenarios to ensure system functionalities before any type of change program
- Tracking telecom and IT technology developments to ensure your knowledge remains current.

Requirements: 

- University degree: BSc or higher degree in IT, Computer or other related fields.
- Over 3+ years of experience in related field (working knowledge in Telecom Charing including OCS, OFCS (mediation or interconnection charging) is required)
- Practical experience with OCS systems including Huawei, ZTE Soft, Ericsson or local charging system is a plus   
- Expert in Linux operating system.
- Expert in SQL/Oracle Database. 
- Strong level of communication skills.
- Familiar with Charging and Billing Architecture.
- Familiar with BSS and OSS concepts especially in Charging of LTE, VOIP, VoWiFi, etc.  
- Familiar with script programming in Linux.
- Familiar with charging related APIs and protocols like Radius, Diameter, SNPM, and SOAP is an important positive for us.
- Ability to work 7*24 and ready for On-Call responsibilities plus midnight change attendance if required.
- Basic knowledge of IP networking
