Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
  • Create wireframing, prototype and high-fidelity visuals that demonstrate design solutions.
  • Participate in user research and testing to validate design solutions and make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to bring new ideas to the table.
  • Present design works to stakeholders and communicates design decisions effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of product design experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital product design
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, etc.
  • Understanding of design systems and how to create scalable design solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and research.
  • A passion for solving complex problems and creating elegant, intuitive designs. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing banking and financial products.
