Responsibilites:

  • Design and produce engaging graphics and motion graphics for various digital platforms including websites, apps, and social media.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
  • Create storyboards and animations that tell compelling stories and enhance user engagement.
  • Implement brand guidelines across all visual designs to maintain consistency and high quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate new techniques into your workflow.
  • Present concepts and ideas to stakeholders and refine them based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics within a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • A solid understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts), as well as a creative flair in combining various design components.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining concepts and visual strategies to non-design stakeholders.
  • Experience in a collaborative team setting, working effectively with both creative and non-creative personnel. 

Nice to have:

  • Experience in designing banking and financial products.
