The Opportunity We are hiring 3 motivated and skilled AI Automation Engineers to join our technical team. This is a hands-on builder role for those who thrive at the intersection of AI agents, automation, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack development.
If you love turning complex ideas into working systems, experimenting with the latest LLMs (local and API-based), designing secure and scalable automation platforms, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can do — this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You Will Do
Design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems that reason, plan, and execute tasks
Develop and optimize end-to-end automation platforms and intelligent workflows
Integrate diverse APIs, webhooks, external services, and data sources into cohesive systems
Architect and implement full-stack AI platforms using Google Cloud, modern databases, and AI-assisted ("vibe") coding approaches
Work with both local LLMs (e.g., via Ollama, LM Studio, vLLM) and cloud LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.)
Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable — implementing proper authentication, data protection, and security protocols
Research, evaluate, and integrate new AI tools, frameworks, and techniques
Iterate quickly from concept → prototype → production-ready solution based on high-level guidance
You will receive clear system logic and direction. Your role is to implement efficiently, optimize technically, and continuously improve the architecture and performance.
Core Technical Requirements (Strongly Preferred) We are looking for builders with proven experience in most of the following:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Functions, Storage, Pub/Sub, or similar services for deploying AI workloads
LLM Development — deep experience working with Large Language Models, both local (quantized models, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines) and via APIs (prompt engineering, function calling, tool use, agent frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex)
Full-Stack Automation Platforms — ability to build complete systems that combine frontend interfaces, backend logic, databases, and automation layers
Databases — strong proficiency in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firestore, Redis, etc.)
AI Platform Development — confident using vibe coding / AI-assisted development (Claude, Cursor, GPT-based tools, etc.) to rapidly build and refine complex systems
Security — solid understanding of security protocols, OAuth, API security, data encryption, access control, and secure AI deployment practices
Automation Tools — experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or custom workflow engines
Strong skills in REST APIs, JSON handling, webhooks, Python, and testing/debugging complex workflows
Mandatory: Project Portfolio To apply, you must submit at least 4 real built project samples related to:
AI Agent development
Automation workflows / platforms
API integrations & orchestrations
AI-powered bots or intelligent systems
Acceptable formats: GitHub links, demo videos, screenshots, architecture diagrams, plus a short (2–4 sentence) explanation of what you built, the technical challenges solved, and how it works.
Tutorial-based, template-only, or copied projects will not be considered. Quality and depth matter more than polish.

Education Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields is a plus, but not required. Strong self-taught experience with exceptional project work will be highly valued.
