Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Lead who doesn't just manage, but executes using the latest AI workflows. You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, from strategy to high-fidelity visual production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a system-driven social media strategy.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to automate and scale content production.
  • Create high-quality visual and written content that aligns with global brand standards.
  • Monitor performance metrics and pivot strategies based on ROI, not just engagement.
Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Social Media Management with a strong portfolio.
  • Expert-level proficiency in AI content tools (Prompt Engineering for text and image).
  • Fluent in English (Writing & Communication).
  • Ability to follow complex systems and precise instructions.
