Foreign Commercial Expert:
Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial activities such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating, ordering affairs and making shipping arrangements and additional tracking when required in a timely manner until the goods are released, getting feedback as well as upstream reports etc.
- Preparing, handling, archiving all necessary documentation from proforma Invoice to shipping documents
- Make a supreme effort on product Category
- Vendor Hunting Strategy Definition and Lead Generation Management
- Prepare and submit weekly reports relevant to scope of work and responsibility
- Follow up with prospects through e-mails, phone etc
- Answer to inquiries and following them
- Category Operation and legal challenges management
- Ensure that your cross-functional team is always working on the most important and impactful work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- Fluent in Business English (Upper-intermediate) writing, reading, and speaking.
- Fluent in MS Office.
- Minimum One years of work experience in Commercial field
- Related Market Knowledge (IT Equipment’s specially Laptops) (preferential option)
- Handling multiple tasks, prioritizing them, and meeting deadlines
- Familiar with commercial and international business terms, contracts and regulations
- Be available to travel.
