Job Description:
- Define process improvement needs and develop a plan to deliver recommendations.
- Analyze and synthesize information to draw or change process accurately, logical, and actionable conclusions.
- Break down process issues into digestible talking points and concise communications.
- Create high-quality reports and presentations, models, analyses and other deliverable and present them to clients and upper management.
- Manage the change management process.
- Manage audit and assessment process management.
- Documentation and update business process and work instruction.
- Manage process optimization management.
- Being responsible for defining and monitoring process indicators.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in MBA, Industrial engineering or business-related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business process analysis.
- Experience with process mapping.
- Comfort working with groups, as well as sensitivity to individual, group and organizational dynamics.
- Creative, "big picture" thinking while maintaining keen attention to detail.
- Capable of communicating ideas clearly, both orally and in writing, to customers and technical resources.
- Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded.
- High energy, can-do attitude with willingness to do what it takes to get things done to meet project deadlines.
- Deep customer focus and experience with researching and determining customer needs.
- Comfortable working closely with remote teams and virtual environments.
- Familiar with Telecom Industry.
- Has intelligence analysis skills.
- Having familiarity with ITIL, eTOM and excellence models.
- Having familiarity with BPMN2.
- Expert in Microsoft office.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English.
