We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our app experience and interface by creating intuitive UI/UX design. You will closely collaborate with the project manger to conceptualize, design and iterate on the app experience to make a steep change towards delighting our future customers.

- Conducting UI/UX research to develop a thorough understanding of e-commerce solutions, with a specific focus on Super App Platforms.
- Develop evaluations and comprehensive proposals outlining the timeline for assigned tasks and projects.
- Conducting in-depth research in assigned areas and proposing effective solutions to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Utilizing Figma to develop wireframes and final designs.
- Building and maintaining an scalable Design System.
- Translate acquired knowledge from detailed tasks and insights gathered into actionable and implementation-ready concepts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of UI/UX experience with a portfolio showcasing Mobile and Admin Panel applications with at least 2 projects on each one.
- Passion for turning complex problems into elegant UI/UX to increase user satisfaction both on usability and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in English
- Full-time availability and actively reports and communication with the project manager 9AM through 5PM.
- Having a basic understanding of how financing solutions are designed.
- Being located in Rasht or possibility for a later re-location is a plus.
