Responsibilities

• Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos, etc.
• Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools
• Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity. at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
• Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews.
• Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done (DoD).
• Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events.
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards after each sprint.

Skills And Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility and results driven approach
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
• At least 1 year of experience in a scrum master role.
