Responsibilities

• Acceptance/API testing of mobile and web iApps's products, find their potential bugs and properly report them
• Developing automated testing scripts using a variety of programming languages such as Java, JS, or Python
• Reviewing applications for potential defects or flaws in design or functionality before they are released to the public
• Participating in meetings with other members of the development team to discuss testing strategies and issues that have arisen during testing
• Designing test cases to ensure that new features work properly with other existing features
• Prioritize test cases and define bug severity
• Performing manual testing of applications to identify bugs or errors in functionality
• Analyzing data from previous tests to identify common issues or problems that should be addressed during new tests
• Reporting bugs and test results to programmers or project managers for further investigation
• Creating documentation about test results and procedures for future reference
• Learn and share knowledge with other team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 2-year software testing experience, preferably in an agile environment
• Ability to define test cases from functional requirements
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, …
• Teamwork skills including communication skills and task management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
• Expert in cross browser/environment testing
• Experience of specific tools and processes used in web software testing
• Knowledge of web standards and technologies including accessibility compliance
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent planning, organization and time management skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to “think outside of the box”
• An aptitude for ongoing learning and ability to develop skill sets
• Professional, positive and results oriented approach
