استخدام SysOps Engineer

شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced SysOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage, Linux, and infrastructure security.


Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise data center infrastructure.

• Manage and support VMware environments including ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, HA, DRS, vMotion, vDS, and Datastores.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot physical servers, RAID, NICs, HBAs, firmware, and remote management systems such as iLO/iDRAC.

• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues across compute, network, storage, virtualization, and operating system layers

• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, monitoring, and maintenance activities.

• Maintain technical documentation and follow security and operational best practices.


Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of virtualization concepts and VMware technologies.

• Good knowledge of enterprise server and data center hardware.

• Familiarity with storage concepts including SAN, NAS, DAS, LUN, RAID, Multipathing, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB.

• Strong understanding of data center networking, including TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Switching, LACP, vPC/MLAG, DNS, NAT, MTU, and network troubleshooting.

• Linux administration knowledge approximately equivalent to LPIC-1 / LPIC-2, including systemd, networking, LVM, permissions, logs, SSH, and basic Bash scripting.

• Familiarity with firewalling and security concepts, including ACLs, segmentation, VPN, TLS/SSL, hardening, authentication, and least privilege.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of technical English.


Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in SysOps, Infrastructure, Data Center Operations, or System Administration.



Nice to Have

• Experience with VOD, OTT, IPTV, CDN, or media streaming infrastructure.

• Cisco Nexus or similar data center switches; Brocade Fibre Channel SAN; HPE or Dell enterprise servers.

• Veeam Backup & Replication; Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana.

• Ansible, Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

• VMware, Linux, or Cisco certifications.
