Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team at a leading Video-On-Demand (VOD) company. As a Front-End Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital streaming platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to create visually appealing, responsive, and performant web applications and web-os that deliver an exceptional viewing experience to our users.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Development: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive and responsive user interfaces. Ensure seamless integration of design elements, branding, and user interactions.

Web Application Development: Build and maintain web applications that allow users to browse, search, and access a vast library of video content. Implement features such as video playback controls, playlists, user profiles, and personalized recommendations.

Cross-Platform Compatibility: Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of the web application. Develop responsive designs that provide a consistent experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

Requirements and Qualifications

3+ years of experience in front-end web development.
Experience with TV/VOD Systems and wrapping HTML+JS code into WebOS/Tizen. (experience with wrapping React applications would be especially great).
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and CSS (Sass).
Expert in modern frameworks like React
Server-side rendering/static generation frameworks such as Next.js.
Good understanding of state management libraries like Redux, and Zustand.
Experience working with UI frameworks like Mui, Tailwind, etc.
Familiarity with Git.
Work well autonomously and in teams where you have good communication skills.

Bonus Experience

Ability to write unit tests using libraries like Jest, and Vitest.
Experience working with Backend and integrating with Video Players.
