شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of fiber optic networks, with a focus on Optical Line Terminals (OLT), Broadband Remote Access Servers (BRAS), and Fiber Access Terminals (FAT).
• Perform installation, configuration, and testing of OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to fiber optic connectivity, transmission quality, and network performance using specialized tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with network engineers and operations teams to plan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and migrations involving OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to assess the condition of fiber optic infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Provide technical support and assistance to field technicians and contractors during installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document all maintenance activities, including equipment configurations, test results, and repair procedures, accurately and thoroughly in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during all maintenance activities, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work practices.
• Stay current with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in fiber optic network maintenance, particularly related to OLT, BRAS, and FAT equipment.
