The Human Resource Generalist functions in a variety of Human Resources tasks. Responsibilities include a multitude of activities. Screens resumes and applications and interviews applicants. Counsels employees concerning health and welfare benefits, work-related problems and conduct termination interviews, provide feedback to management, when necessary. Investigates complaints as required. Conducts research and analyzes data on assigned projects. Assists in the formulation of manpower goals, personnel policies and procedures.

- Initiates internal and external job searches to achieve staffing goals.
- Manages entire new employee process from recruitment, pre-screening, final selection, orientation through final assignment, along with managing the applicant flow tracking process
- Conducts new employee orientations, benefit enrollment sessions, new policy introduction meetings and training as required.
- Assisting to run Performance Appraisal System, including Employee Evaluations.
- Updates Employee Handbook, Job Descriptions and departmental standard operating procedures as required.
- Support all employees by responding in person to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.
- Ensures that all HR related paperwork and records are properly, accurately and securely maintained and filed.
Requirements:
- Two years previous working experience in a Human Resources position
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Interpersonal Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Max age: 30
